Tim brings over 22 years of experience in the finance industry, including more than nine years focused specifically on mortgages. That RBC start gave him a real understanding of financing, planning, and the mechanics of the mortgage and financial sectors — knowledge he now applies for clients across the downtown Toronto market, where he does the majority of his work.
He stays close to the market, tracking rate and lending shifts so his advice reflects what's actually happening, not what was true last year. Outside of work, Tim spends his time with his wife and children, and coaches basketball and soccer for young athletes in his community.
